Our Mission
Lana Kane – Commercial Manager

Lana Kane – Director

Lana leads on the commercial and strategic growth of FutureCare.

She has 20+ years’ hands-on carer experience and specialises in seamless management and business analysis. Lana brings extensive operational and strategic experience in private and public healthcare management, delivery, governance/quality and risk management systems.

Lana is an expert at building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, problem-solving, decision-making, project management and budgets.

Johanna Spillane – Service Manager

Johanna has 13 years of experience in the Home Care industry across both private and not for profit sectors. Johanna started her career as a Carer, she was promoted to Supervisor, Coordinator, Assistant Client Service Manager and up to Client Service Manager.  

In her previous roles Johanna managed the growth and day to day running of businesses, liaising with the HSE and stakeholders, maintaining compliance with the HSE, supporting coordinators and problem solving. She was also closely involved in the recruitment process of interviewing potential candidates and giving feedback.

Johanna has experience in the training of new staff on the policies and procedures of the business along with teaching the systems and ensuring that they have a comprehensive knowledge of their role and are confident and comfortable with performing all aspects of the job.

Tonia Callaghan – Business Growth Specialist

Tonia has 6 years of experience in the Home Care industry across private sectors. Tonia started her career as a Carer, she was promoted to Supervisor, Coordinator, Team Lead and Coordination Manager and now business Growth Specialist

Leanne Roche – Recruitment Consultant

Leanne graduated from TUD in 2020 with a BA Hons in Applied Social Care. She has over 7 years working within the disability services and working with young people. She has also worked for 4 years in transgender youth support and LGBTQ+ rights and education.

Previous to joining Futurecare Leanne worked in the HSE Contact tracing CMP as a Clinical contact tracer dealing with specialised Covid cases. She then went on to be part of the education and training team as admin support.
